Most orders are shipped from China and are delivered within 18 business days (typically within 5-13 business days). Some custom orders may take up to 90 business days for delivery.

Expedited Insured Shipping: Your order will receive top priority processing.

We do not ship to FPO or APO addresses.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Orders typically ship within 72 hours of payment receipt, and 99% of orders are delivered within 18 business days. If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in multiple packages. In very rare cases, delivery times may extend slightly beyond 30 business days depending on your location and the carrier. If your order has not been delivered within 90 days of purchase, please email ying@uphiyoga.com to request a refund.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure products are not damaged. If a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at ying@uphiyoga.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Note any visible damage as specifically as possible, as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the shipping carrier.
